Our new exhibition opens on Saturday 4th August at Park Lane. 'Eclectic Mix' is a collection of work by textile artists collective 'Threadmill'. Based in the North-West these 10 artists use an array of materials and techniques, including hand and machine embroidery, applique, needle felting, metal and glasswork, prints, watercolours and acrylics. The origin of this exhibition was personal discovery, some artists looked into their past and others at their present, this diverse collection reflects their individual journeys. The group have exhibited widely, and the work on display is for sale, with smaller items for sale in the shop.
