Exhibition:  ‘Clay, Cloth and Camera’  30 April - 8 June 2012

 - a joint exhibition by 3 leading North West artists, John Eastwood, Pauline Parsons and Sherilene Cuffe.

 Working in 3 different media each artist combines a sense of wonder and story into the truly
inspirational work they produce. The combination of different 2-dimensional and
3-dimensional work in the exhibition is both striking and complimentary. A
joyful celebration of natural forms and landscapes that stimulates and
surprises, encouraging us to look anew at the world that surrounds us.

Pauline Parsons is an acclaimed sculptor whose exquisitely detailed models create an illusion
of life through clay. Pauline produced many of the limited edition collectors’ pieces for Royal Doulton.

John Eastwood
sympathetically explores the light and landscapes of the North West UK
producing the most breathtaking and compelling fine art photographic images.
His large format limited edition prints are widely collected.

Sherilene Cuffe
is a textile artist and tutor at the Leeds College of Art, producing delicate,
vibrant and functional pieces and accessories influenced by natural forms and media.

With over 75 pieces on display, this is a major exhibition of new work by these
artists.
